How does this ministry operate?  We operate under the heading as a free church entity. We are not licensed by the State of Georgia and will not be, and do not have to be. We are a religious organization and are exempt from licensing according to Georgia Code 1981, § 43-7A-6, enacted by Ga. L. 1984, p. 1406, § 1. 43-10A-7. Licensing requirement; exceptions
(9) Active members of the clergy but only when the practice of their specialty is in the course of their service as clergy;
(10) Members of religious ministries responsible to their
established ecclesiastical authority who possess a master's degree
or its equivalent in theological studies;
(11) Persons engaged in the practice of a specialty in accordance
with Biblical doctrine in public or nonprofit agencies or entities
or in private practice;

 It is sad to say but to be licensed we would have to give up our rights as Christians to speak of our Savior Jesus Christ. We will not do that as He is the HEAD OF THESE MINISTRIES, PEACEFULJOURNEY OUTREACH AND GRANDPARENTS TO PARENTS FOUNDATION. This does not diminish our capacity to help you. The educational background is there, along with the experience of taking this same walk. As stated before, we are not lawyers and do not give legal advice.
